These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Design Education Series by Obys website and participation in the Creative Web Design Practice program (“Program”).

The Program is an educational service focused on creative web design practice and includes:

• live online sessions;
• feedback and reviews;
• educational materials and exercises.

The Program is not a university degree, professional certification, or guaranteed employment service.

Access to the Program is granted after successful payment.
Participants are responsible for having the necessary technical equipment and internet connection.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, payments for the Program are non-refundable once the Program has commenced.

Access to live sessions and recorded educational content is considered the provision of digital services within the meaning of applicable European Union consumer protection laws.

Any exceptions to this Refund Policy, including partial or full refunds for a specific cohort or individual case, shall be communicated separately and confirmed in writing by the Service Provider.

All materials provided within the Program, including videos, presentations, exercises, and feedback, are the intellectual property of the Service Provider or its licensors.

Participants may not copy, distribute, record, or resell any part of the Program without prior written consent.

Participants agree to:

• act respectfully toward instructors and other participants;
• not disrupt live sessions;
• not share confidential or internal course materials publicly.

Violation may result in removal from the Program without refund.

The Program is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Participation in the Program does not guarantee any specific professional, financial, or employment outcomes.

Any examples, exercises, feedback, or guidance provided during the Program are illustrative in nature and shall not be considered professional, legal, or financial advice.

Individual results may vary and depend on personal effort, experience, and external factors beyond the control of the Service Provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Program.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations.
