Creative Web Design Practice
Practice Access

Practice All-In
FAQ (13)
You’ll need access to the software used during the practice (design and motion tools). More importantly, you’ll need time, focus, and willingness to work consistently on one project over 10 weeks.
This practice is built around real work, not passive watching.
The planned start date is March 2. If the group is not fully formed by then, the start date may shift slightly.
All participants will be notified in advance.
Creative Web Design Practice is available in three formats:
- Practice Access
- Practice Guided
- Practice All-In
Each format offers a different level of involvement, feedback, and mentor interaction. You can find full details on the practice page
Yes. The practice is 100% online and runs over 10 weeks with a clear weekly structure. Live sessions and feedback are scheduled in advance, and recordings are available if you can’t join live.
Yes. Throughout the entire practice, you’ll work on one project, step by step, from brief to final animation.
Each week builds on the previous one, following the Obys-style workflow
Yes, depending on the format you choose. Practice Guided and Practice All-In include regular feedback and live sessions.
We keep the groups small to stay deeply involved in every project.
You’ll have access to all practice materials for 6 months after the practice starts. This gives you enough time to revisit key moments and refine your project.
Practice Access is purchased directly via the Teachable platform.
For Practice Guided and Practice All-In, we work with contracts and invoices issued by our EU-based company. After submitting the form, you’ll receive the contract and invoice within 24 hours on business days.
Yes. While the focus is on web design, many principles explored during the practice — concept development, typography, composition, storytelling, and art direction — are directly applicable to graphic design and other creative fields.
Yes. All participants get access to a private DES community where you can communicate, share progress, and discuss ideas during the practice.
You’ll finish the practice with:
- a complete project created from a brief to an animation
- a deeper understanding of the creative process behind award-winning websites.
Participants of guided formats will also receive a certificate of completion.
If you’d like to upgrade your practice format and seats are still available, please email us at des@obys.agency. We’ll let you know what options are possible.
You can explore more of our work on Obys’ website and social channels.
